FAQ

How much do you pay per mile?

The majority of our fleet pays out on a per-mile basis based on experience; the more verifiable experience you have, the higher the rate.

What type of equipment do you run?

We run Dry Van, Refrigerated and Flatbed, 2016-2023 Freightliner Cascadia Trucks or Volvo’s with 24/7 Roadside assistance. If your truck goes down, TLC will get you in a rental immediately while your truck is being repaired.

Do you offer benefits? If so, when would I qualify?

Yes, we offer medical, dental, and 401k plans. Depending on your experience, you would qualify the first day of the month after 60 days of continuous full-time employment for health benefits. We offer 401k after one year of continuous full-time employment.

What speed are the trucks governed at?

Our Tractors are governed at 69 mph on the pedal.

Do you offer Fuel Cards?

Yes
