How TLC Gives Back
Hiring
We believe social responsibility starts at home: we have hired and employed over 2,000 candidates within the community.
Donation
In 2017 TLC Creative Solutions dove in to help families affected by Hurricane Harvey. Over the course of 2 weeks, TLC located 20 families in need of help via social media and boxed over forty 50-pound boxes to send to them. While some of the essential items were donated to our efforts by organizations, TLC happily filled any gaps in the care packages through their own funding. In addition, for those with no shelter, we provided paid housing in hotel rooms. Over $30,000 of company money was dedicated to providing these displaced families with relief.
Charity
In the hopes of giving a child and their family relief, TLC donates to two charities on an annual basis: St Jude’s Hospital and The Ronald McDonald house.
Lifeline
TLC has combined efforts with numerous government agencies, shelters, workforce programs, and churches in order to provide the government Lifeline Assistance program, established in 1985, to assist qualifying low-income consumers obtain discounted or free phone service.
Relief
During these unprecedented times, our drive for social responsibility is carried through to our COVID-19 efforts. We are working tirelessly to support this cause, as we fight this global pandemic.

The coronavirus pandemic has resulted in millions of parents in need of support. TLC Creative Solutions hosted a holiday toy drive to help give girls and boys something to smile about in these uncertain times.
